  1. How can I get a jump on my nutritional labeling if this is only a proposed rule? Although the FDA has only issued a proposed rule, it has already been made law that restaurants with 20+ locations will be mandated to disclose nutritional information.
  2. How long does nutritional labeling take? A full laboratory analysis of a menu item can be completed on average in 8-12 business days. Database (software) labels can be created in 3-5 business days once the formula on a weight basis is received. RUSH service is also available.
